Achtsamkeit

Eine kleine Achtsamkeitsübung für den Alltag, damit Sie in der heutigen schnelllebigen Zeit den Blick für die schönen und glücklichen Momente des Tages nicht verlieren.


Suchen Sie sich als "Anker" ein paar kleine Steine, Perlen oder Cent-Stücke. Stecken Sie diese morgens in Ihre rechten Hosentasche. Wenn Sie am Tag einen schönen oder glücklichen Moment wahrgenommen haben, stecken Sie den "Anker" in die linke Hosentasche.

Achten Sie dabei auch auf die kleinen und alltäglichen Besonderheiten!

Schauen Sie sich am Abend Ihre gesammelten Anker an und erinnern Sie sich nochmal an die erlebten Situationen zurück. Sammeln Sie die "Glücksanker" in einem Glas und schauen Sie zu wie Ihr Glücksberg wächst.
